I'm trying to use the M.2 B Key slot with an SSD connected via a m2-to-sata adapter.
I'm manually driving pin 69 (CONFIG_1) low so that the connector acts as a SATA connector rather than a PCI connector, but I'm getting some PCI related errors in linux.
If I disable (from the bios) the PCI express port on connector CN20 (the m.2 b slot) the errors disappear (and the SATA interface of the M.2 B slot still seems to work)... however... the other PCI connectors (M.2 E and Internal LAN) get disabled as well (they disappear altogether from the bios).
Is this some sort of bug with the firmware?
Is there no way of disabling just the PCI port on the M.2 B slot?
