I use ELI70-CR 7-inch, I use single-board PC is Udoo Dual with marshmellow android os, I have hadproblems with touch input will not work. As i can find it it is an hdmi screen with an usb touch? I am not an android user so I have no idea what should work. Did you try it on a Udoobuntu 2 image? What is not working? What does it do and what not? What did you do trying to solve it? Is there a manual with the screen?
