    Hi all.

Just purchased my new UDOO Quad and still trying to configure it under Android.

I want it to boot using a static IP adress. I've followed the tutorials and read all the related posts I found but I'm still unable to manage it.

I've connected my board to the pc using a microUSB cable, and configured the ethernet using this tutorial:

So far, the board is able to ping external IP adresses (i.e. However browser doesn't work, and the board is unable to ping for example, so it seems it's a DNS issue. I don't know how to solve this. I've even tried to adding the DNS servers in a resolv.conf file under /system/etc directory but nothing seems to work.

On the other hand, and once this is solved, I would like the ethernet configuration to be maintained between reboots. Is this even possible?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks in advance.
