Does anyone have plans to port Fedora ARM to the UDOO? How hard would it be to do this, I know it is running on the wandboard which uses an i.MX6 & Vivante graphics. Here is a link to the fedora ARM wiki for current projects. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architec ... d=Arch:ARM
We're not planning to release an official version of Fedora for UDOO. We're focusing on different distros right now.
I would also like to ask if you would consider an RPM based distribution for udoo. im simply not interested in any ubuntu/Debian based distribution. I have purchased a Udoo but im using as a proverbial doorstop at the mo, due to no suitable distribution. regards peter
You could try https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/ARM#Download_the_Latest_Development_Release with an arm image, I tried a month or two ago but it wouldn't boot into fedora, but it did let me choose udoo as a board once I tried to boot. It could be fixed now, I saw a topic back then where a dev mentioned they were going to update something so it would run properly.
