Help with communication between Android and Arduino

Hello everyone,

For school I have to bould a robot which knows it's possition at any time in the room. To determine the possition in the room we choose to use BLE beacons. The beacons send information to the andoid app, running on our UDOO QUAD. But now we need to extract these numbers from the andoid app and send it to the arduino program. But I can't figure out how to do this.
I already watched the tutoral on this site, but my knowledge in programming is verry small so i constantly get stuck. I hope that one of you guys can help me.
