How do you enable HIBERNATE for Windows 10?

This is apparently the solution to the SLEEP issue, but I cannot get the Hibernate option
    to appear.

    I tried:

    powercfg /hibernate on

    and

    powercfg /h on

The hibernate option does not appear after restart, or shutdown.

    Please help. Thank you.

This was done in the Powershell using administrator access.

Thank you for the link to the winaero.com web site.

There, I found a post that details how to run Debian Linux natively within Windows 10 64-bit. WOW! I never thought I'd see the day ....

Once Debian is running, at the shell prompt run: sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade && sudo apt install aptitude sudo aptitude ~pstandard ~prequired ~pimportant -F%

Then you can install man and all the other commands you need ...
