How long it takes to change a defect Udoo Board?

    Hi UDOO,

    Please answer to my question . I

    have created a ticket on : 23/12/2013 10:17 pm. Until now I do not receive a replacement for my UDOO.

    Because I have waited so long it will be nice from your side to give my money back and do not try to replace it anymore.

    Ticket number is : Ticket #653164 .

    AdiN, sorry to hear that. The the Customer Care Team has been alerted, they'll reply to your ticket and take care of everything. Sorry for the huge delay.

    Hi UDOO,

    Now can I ask, why do you send my Udoo to BERLIN?

    Because I'm living in München and not in BERLIN !!!!
