How to monitor the Wireless Sensor readings using UDOO cloud

We are trying to connect the restaurant stores to UDOO cloud to monitor the Temperature & Humidity readings.
We are using wireless sensor with raspberry pi but as per mentioned documentation when I am trying to register my device in UDOO cloud (using the documentation) My device is still showing disconnected,
Please suggest the issue here.

What tools are available which help us to design the dashboards with live streaming ?

 

Can you please confirm what exactly do you want to achieve while using raspberry pi, and how exactly you are trying to relocate UDOO cloud to communicate with wireless sensor ?

After Google out further I was able to find out many platform which provides this services but I am thinking to go with android things, My goals are as follows:
- Send readings and store it in Internet cloud database
- Design a display which help me to display the reading in bar graph form.
- Use MQTT services to send notification alerts via sms on my smartphones
