How Udoo neo is booting without uEnv.txt ?

    Hi ,

    I want to pass kernel enable or disable parameters (Selinux enable or disable) at kernel boot time ,So want to pass those parameters from uEnv.txt file .But here it is working without uEnv.txt file also .May here boot loader image has kernel ,dtb file loading address .So how can i pass kernel parameters through uEnv.txt file .
