I have received my Kickstarter shipment today via UPS. However, the UDOO Ultra Board is missing. I've got only a "Performance128"Kit. I think it's really not funny. The package was still original locked. It was therefore not taken on the way out. I was looking forward now. And now I can't play on the weekend. It is to the puke... And only the short answer came on my email, I should open a ticket back. I've done this. And now I can wait for weeks for a response. And I don't have my goods then always yet...
"How soon is as possible?" And why must I wait even longer now, instead of sending the missing (and most important) part of today still out?
I get this response from your support: "We inform you that our customer service will not be opeartive from 28/04/17 to 01/05/17 for bank holidays so we will answer your messages from 02/05/17 onwards." And it has been sent of course nothing today! Like I said, I can wait now for weeks. Did you really great. You will make mistake and I must suffer.
@Dirk Wouters, has it been resolved to your satisfaction? It would be nice if you could give an update of how it has been resolved.
@Maurice, Unfortunately, so far no one has stepped forward. The promise to send the packet out Thursday was broken. I'm not satisfied at all.
Hi @Dirk Wouters. As Fabiana has told you in the ticketing system we are shipping the board. You can find the tracking number in the ticketing system. I'm really sorry for the big mess occurred with your shipping. The reason why I didn't reply before is because I didn't have any news to share yet.
@ahs1200 It is clear to everybody that shipment is delayed, and more than everybody thought it would be. They just finished shipping to kickstarters, and now are shipping pre-orders. Unfortunately buying stuff which doesn't exist when bought have a big risk. Not only in time, but also in never being delivered at all. But rejoice, the board will be shipped. For a next venture it would be great that UDOO would be able to update customers earlier and more often. Now one often feels left in the dark, which doesn't add to trust.
@Maurice It's one thing, to be informed and wait and another thing to be ridiculed while you're waiting all together. There is no problem when you are kept informed. I took be half a year and couple emails without response to get here.
@Andrea Rovai What does it look like, in one's account looking at the order? Do I get to see anything else than "Processing"? Thx in advance.
@ahs1200, Andrea Rovai doesn't work with UDOO anymore. As far as I know pre-orders are still being processed, I've received mine last week.
@Maurice OK I understand. But when you got yours delivered did your order say anything but "Processing" in the shop? Something like "shipping" or "shipped" possibly with a tracking number.
