   Can we burn the binaries on the udoo system using the mfgtools provided by freescale ?
   Is there any documentation explaining this process ?

   Usually we use this procedue: http://www.elinux.org/UDOO_creating_a_b ... d_binaries
   I never tried the mfgtools, but UDOO has an imx6 as a processor so it should work.
