I've attached a simple mounting hole template in PDF format in 1:1 size. Note the rectangle outline is the PCB outline and doesn't include the connectors which extend beyond the PCB. I set the template line widths to 0.5mm. I used the dimensions from the AutoCad file on the web site here. Overall dimensions were slightly different ~0.5mm than the datasheet.
