When I look at the new roadmap https://trello.com/b/dPL55Pnt/udoo-neo-roadmap published for the Neo I find it a little strange that the serial communication issues are planned to be solved for Q2 while something nice to have like ardublockly is planned for Q1. Having a robust and documented serial communication between A9 and Arduino is an important pro above other competitive boards or boards combinations. Or do I see it completely wrong?
You are not taking into account the difficulty. Ardublockly is just simpler to implement than solving the serial communication issues, so as you can guess those will take more time.
