I'm using a UDOO quad. The OS I'm using is Android 4.4.2.
I have a 40-60% packet loss on ethernet.
I tried to ping my PC with the board connected on the same network, with the same result of packet loss.
    Do you have any suggestion?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi, thanks for the reply!
I use iperf to test the connectivity and I saw something really strange:
    - when I start a server on my PC and the client on the board there are a lot of tcp retransmission on the SYN. Sometimes after a while start to transmit data, but sometimes the timer expires without transmission. Is the same also when I start a server on the board and the client on my PC.
    - If I ping from my PC the board meanwhile I'm using iperf it works.
    - The ARP is always correct on both the PC and the board

    Any suggestion?

Do you still have the same packet loss on Linux?

The situation is the same of the previous post. When the communication starts there aren't packet loss but sometimes it just stop in the middle of the session (I use the automatic test of 10 consecutive times).
When it stop there is a RST packet sent from the PC
