power saving configuration - what does it mean

    Hello,
    in the manual is says
    • Idle, power saving configuration
    • OS Boot, power saving configuration
    • Video reproduction@720p, power saving configuration
    • Video reproduction@1080p, power saving configuration
    but what does power saving configuration actually mean?
