    Hello,

Can I power Udoo Quad with Kingrex Slap! Battery?
    Specifications:
    Input voltage:
    AC90-260V, 47-67Hz
    Battery type:
    12V nominal SLA
    Battery size: 12V / Ah
    Charging current:
    80mA-750mA
    Battery type: Lead acid chemistry
    Charging current:
Constant current / constant voltage / float.
    Stage 1: 750mA
    Stage 2: 400mA
Stage 3: float charge current: 200-400mA
    AC and DC input fuses
Mean Time Between Failure (typical battery lifespan): 30,000 hours by MIL-STD calculation

I would use Udoo Quad with powered sATA HDD, Ethernet.
    Just as a music server.

    Cheers,

Yes, a SLAP would do it. You'd need to sort out the connectors though.

I don't see why you would want to though. At that price it's massively overkill and it's major design feature (for amps) is completely wasted.

For half the price you can have one of these flexible UPS's and add any battery you wish to it. Even when you add in the cost of an enclosure and the battery, you're still under half price.

Note: This is the second time I've linked this UPS and the 3rd or 4th time I've linked the supplier (Mini-box.com). Pure coincidence as they come up high in the google search results. If anyone has found better alternatives PLEASE do link.

    Thank you,

I already got it for half price though. It was awesome with my amp BUT amp is gone (byeeee).
It's just really good battery psu with some discharge and overcharge protection.

Should be great for music server :)!

    OpenUPS looks good!

    Cheers!

Well if you already have it then that makes sense.

Should last 20-24 hours to a 50% DOD (check spec to see how deep you can go with it, might only be 40%).

    Keep licking those lids!
