Hi, I ordered SATA cables and a case for the Udoo x86 on May 13. I got an order confirmation, but, they haven't been shipped. I opened a support ticket last week, still nothing. I have updated it a couple of time including adding the order invoice (paid with PayPal). Still no word. I am getting very frustrated with the lack of response from the support system. What do I need to do to get a response!
