Udoo stopped giving the USB ip

    Without any apparent reason, Udoo stopped giving me the USB ip when I plug it to my laptop.
    How can I debug it?

    Laptop kernel: Elementary OS Loki Linux 4.4.0-81-generic
    Tried to change usb ports and I tried two different cables.

    When I plug it, my dmesg doesn't show anything :/

    The same sd card in another Udoo neo works :/

    Difference in attached peripherals between the 2 Neo boards? The Neo is sensitive for power drops, too much peripherals can influence the power supply.

    I tried with no peripherals on both :(
    Is my usb port broken?

    If the only variable is the board it looks like an hardware issue. I think you have to contact customer care for this.
