    Hi all
I have a questions. Is possible use of external voltage reference?
Atmel SAM3X8E have PGA. It is possible use? I need for my project PLC more accurate ADC.
And last one. Is possible programing SAM3X8E directly from UDOO already?

Some good questions, I don't have all the answers for you.

Do remember that you can turn on 12bit ADC (it defaults to 10bit accuracy). Is that sufficient to be getting on with?

Adding an external voltage input from a calibrated device to use as a reference is certainly doable and ought to be straightforward. You can get those for about £20/$30 off ebay (from China/HK), quality is variable so choose wisely. This one is well regarded by those who know about such things.

Direct programming... yes in theory. Only the IDE or during the boot process has been well documented so far. A few hoops to jump through but direct programming is certainly doable and I'd hope for it to be an established route fairly soon.

AREF input is connected directly to 3.3 V and is missing any jumper for disconnect this. 12 bit ADC is standard for basic measurement this is sufficient.
If I will need I will use external ADC with 24bit.

Please how accurate is the reference voltage?
