Just search one that will fit the Udoo with regards to the dimensions. That will be difficult to find because these mobile platforms are mostly based on Arduino sizes. A Udoo Quad is bigger. But it would be easy to make just a bigger base plate and use all the other components of a mobile platform kit. Or create a interface plate that you mount on a standard mobile platform.
