Look at the specific tasks. Windows search / indexing will chew up a lot of CPU...

This means the computer is not doing anything.
The lowest task priority is "idling" which is what the CPU is doing. I.e., CPU does not go to sleep but useless no-op loop.
(Unlike hybrid vehicle, when stopped at red light, indeed everything is off.)

thx i found out yesterday also :D
i missundrestood the idle task inside of the taskmanager...

but still cpu is high like this...
https://imgur.com/a/SnQ1g (this is not my picture..)
i tried to find out what process is causing it... i cant really say because it always a diffrent taks wich causes the high cpu... sometimes it is onedrive , sometime skype , sometimes the serarchui which goes very high in cpu usage...
it looks like most of them are windows tasks wich causing the high cpu useage...

i also just noticed it only shows 1,60ghz??? shouldnt it be 2,56 or somehting on the ultra?

    two more question:
want to add a button, can i just add a button like on a normal motherboard on the front panel?
is there a way to add some kind of extern (or intern?) ram to it? ...
    thanks

    Windows is fat.
To avoid that, stay away from MS altogether.
