First use udoo neo full version with ubuntu linux os

Firstly, I followed the guide of web site http://www.udoo.org/docs-neo/Basic_Setup/Usb_Direct_Connection.html.
I have already installed driver on windows 7, including RNDIS kit. But the cdc serial cannnot install successfully.
So maybe, I cannnot use the SSH to access the udoo neo board, but I can see boot files.

Can you help me? I am one newer.

welcome in the community!
You don't need the cdc serial to complete the USB Direct Connection, as you can see in the page - in fact cdc serial is not even named in that page.

with this method mentioned in this web pages, I can not ping 192.168.7.2 via cmd line or access the board via putty software.
Why?I cannot solve this problem,

What problem you have with USB Direct Connection? Is there a driver that you don't manage to install?

Though I cannot using usb direct connection for my start. I have one hdmi interface lcd, now I can see the screen of udoo ubuntu.
